Illustrative customization concept
AI-assisted colour and artwork concepts based on the prototype, not delivered customer products. Body and button-frame colours are customizable. Actual injection-moulded colours are matched and approved against physical samples, not screen images. Pantone-based colour matching and textured or glossy surfaces are possible and require sampling and approval. Minimum order quantities per colour and finish, and any associated costs, are agreed for each project. Jewel, gold and sparkle graphics do not imply fitted gemstones, metal construction or built-in lighting.
COLOUR / MATERIAL / FINISH
Your colour. Made in the mould.
Injection moulding combines a defined plastic material, a colour formulation and a tool surface. That makes coordinated body and button-frame colours possible, with physical samples as the final reference.
Pantone is the starting point.
Colourants are mixed into a compatible plastic resin, either as a prepared compound or using a colour masterbatch. A Pantone reference communicates the target; the formulation is matched to the selected resin and checked on physical moulded samples.
A paper swatch or screen image is not a guarantee of an identical plastic colour. Resin, thickness, opacity, surface finish and viewing light affect the result. We agree the reference sample and acceptance criteria before production.
Material follows function.
The resin grade must suit the part, the tool and the intended use. Stiffness, impact resistance, dimensional stability and appearance have to work together. The housing, frame and clear cover need not have the same material requirements.
Material changes are not simply colour changes: they can affect fit, shrinkage, actuation and durability. No unrestricted resin catalogue is promised; the material specification is confirmed for the project.
Texture or gloss.
The mould surface helps define the surface of the finished part. Textured and glossy finishes are possible, subject to the selected material, geometry and tooling. A new texture or polish can require a tooling change.
Each finish needs sampling and approval. Flow marks, weld lines and other moulding effects cannot be ruled out by a rendering. Gold and platinum visuals are colour concepts, not a promise of precious metals or a mirror-metal finish.

We use CHERRY MX switches to offer a spectrum of sound and feel: smooth linear travel, a distinct tactile response or an audible click, including quieter switch options. The switch variant is selected for your production configuration, not adjusted through software.
The recording demonstrates one prototype configuration. Switch choice, the broad button surface and the housing all contribute to the final experience. We agree the available variant, actuation feel and sound on an assembled sample.
At its core: a Würth Elektronik Bluetooth LE module, a CHERRY MX mechanical switch and a long-lasting battery — brought together on our custom circuit board.

Würth Elektronik BLE
The Bluetooth Low Energy module provides the wireless connection. Our firmware implements the working Bluetooth HID keyboard input, with technical integration support from Würth Elektronik.
CHERRY MX mechanics
A mechanical switch sits beneath the broad button surface. Select the sound and actuation character to suit the experience — from restrained feedback to an unmistakable click.
Long-lasting battery
Battery-powered electronics are designed for long service between battery changes. Actual battery life depends on the selected cell, usage, connection behaviour, firmware settings and operating conditions; runtime is established for the agreed configuration.

SLARK manages the applicable product-compliance and producer-responsibility requirements for its supplied configuration and agreed destination markets.
CE & radio conformity
SLARK is responsible for the applicable conformity assessment, technical documentation, EU Declaration of Conformity and CE marking, including radio-equipment requirements. Würth Elektronik is our technical partner for the Bluetooth LE implementation and radio-module conformity work supporting the CE process. Its support covers hardware and firmware integration and the documented module-conformity route for custom firmware. This does not replace SLARK’s assessment of the complete product.
Bluetooth qualification
SLARK handles the applicable Bluetooth SIG product qualification and listing. Würth Elektronik supports the underlying Bluetooth LE implementation; Bluetooth SIG qualification and listing remain separate from that technical support and from EU radio conformity.
WEEE & packaging
SLARK handles applicable electrical-equipment and packaging registrations, reporting, system participation and end-of-life take-back or recycling arrangements. Requirements are checked for each destination market; a registration in one country is not a blanket EU registration.
Documentation scope is tied to the supplied product configuration and target markets. Own-brand resale, modifications and additional markets require a review of the respective parties’ obligations.

Can the button carry our own branding?
Yes. Body and button-frame colours can be selected independently, alongside custom artwork as an inlay or printing behind the clear cover. Artwork preparation, colour specification and the production method are agreed for your project. The gallery shows illustrative combinations, not a fixed colour catalogue. Actual injection-moulded colours are matched and approved using physical samples. Pantone-based colour formulations and textured or glossy surfaces are possible; each requires sampling and approval. Screen images are not binding colour or surface references. Minimum quantities per colour and finish, sampling costs and production conditions are clarified in the quotation.
What does Bluetooth HID mean here?
The button acts as a keyboard input device over Bluetooth. This functionality is implemented and working. Your receiving application must support and handle the input; we do not claim compatibility with every phone, computer, browser or gaming platform.
What quantities can we order?
We welcome volume enquiries. Send an estimated quantity or range so the production approach and quotation can be discussed. No fixed minimum quantity or capacity commitment is published.
Can we request a sample?
Please include your evaluation needs in the enquiry. Sample availability, configuration and any associated costs must be confirmed individually.
What is the lead time?
Timing depends on the agreed configuration, quantity and production plan. Tell us your target date; a delivery commitment is made only in the project agreement.
What about radio conformity and target markets?
Würth Elektronik is our technical partner for Bluetooth LE integration and the radio-module conformity work supporting the CE process, including a documented route for custom firmware. SLARK GmbH remains responsible for complete-product conformity and the applicable Bluetooth SIG qualification. Würth Elektronik’s technical support and module documentation are not an end-product certification. Applicable documentation and requirements must be established for the final configuration and intended markets.
